  1. As illogical as it is, I've been afraid to learn how to swim ever since I was little.
    The wonderful woman I'm dating encouraged me to sign up for swimming lessons since I'm trying to go to Costa Rica for the summer.

    Also, going to Costa Rica scares me but I know it's a great opportunity.
    I look forward to reading all of the other comments.
